Reconstitutions

• Always start at the suggested start — never jump to a typical or max dose.
• Change one thing at a time. Don’t raise dose and add a new peptide in the same week.
• If you feel off (nausea, swelling, insomnia, rash, dizziness), hold or step back. Don’t push through.
• Weekly compounds: stay 4 weeks per step. Daily compounds: wait 7–14 days before increasing.
• Smaller steps beat big jumps. If a step is rough, split it or wait longer.

U-100 insulin syringe: 100 units = 1 mL, so 10 units = 0.10 mL.

Water to add = (vial ÷ dose) × (units you want ÷ 100). Works in mcg, mg, or IU as long as vial size and dose use the same family.
